Board Of Directors

The role of the Copper Meadows Board of Directors is to serve the members of the Copper Meadows Homeowners Association. The seven-member board serve in a voluntary capacity and are elected on an annual basis. The purpose of the board is to maintain and enforce the neighborhood covenants in order to protect the value of homeowners’ property and the integrity of the neighborhood.  Board members agree to the following guidelines:

  • attend monthly meetings, special sessions, and semiannual open HOA meetings
  • serve as chairperson of at least one neighborhood committee
  • actively be involved in projects and events hosted for the neighborhood
